In our confidential sessions, you receive an integrative approach to coaching that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations to explore and understand the relationship between your mind + body.

Through working with hundreds of women like you, I developed my personal coaching methodology called The Integration Process, which includes my signature (e)Motion Awareness Model.

Each part of my approach gives you a balance of in-depth processing, action-focused practices, and “hand on your back” support.

  • I use an integrative approach to coaching focusing on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations to explore and understand the relationship between your mind + body.

    It’s important to work with both the mind + body because it allows you to understand why your behaviors make sense in context. (Ahem, nervous system) And what you make that mean about you.

  • You and I will be together for the long haul if you’re:

    • Respectful of boundaries

    • Open and receptive to feedback

    • Willing to make coaching a priority in your life

    • Curious and open to being curious about yourself

  • I cannot promise any kind of transformation during our time together and here’s why: I believe EVERYONE is capable of change, but it’s impossible for me to know if everyone is willing to do the work they need to do in order to change.

    It’s 100% dependent on you.

    I do believe EVERYONE will experience some sort of change as they progress through the coaching experience — like any other lived experience. However, I don’t subscribe to a promise or expectation of a specific transformation when such a major variable is out of my control.

    Your transformation, your outcome, your experience, is dependent on how YOU show up.

    What I can promise is that I will commit to showing up for you, having your back, and being there to witness and guide you through each session.

    If you and I CHOOSE to do this together, we’re making a commitment to each other, and I will uphold our commitment.

  • My coaching hours are Monday-Thursday 8:15 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Evenings and weekends are unavailable.
